I had a great stay with excellent service. Clean and comfortable room with heavenly bathtub. Within walking distance of the main shopping area, making it easy to shop here. Staff was helpful and spoke good English. Easy to recommend for the area.

Everything is what I need and want

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs and provided me with exclusive amenities. the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was particularly impressive, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, with a sauna and steam room available for use. the restaurant served delicious food and the in-room breakfast was convenient and delicious.

The only minor issue I encountered here was with the bar/lounge area. the service was a bit slow at times, which was frustrating when I wanted to order a second round.

My Christmas holiday was a memorable one thanks to the hotel's beautiful and well-maintained rooms. The comfortable king-sized beds and the clean bathtub made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's strategic location also gave us easy access to different parts of the city. the staff's excellent service was commendable and made our experience even better.

Although the hotel's amenities were impressive, the temperature in the room was too hot. Despite our efforts to set the wall mounted thermostat, nothing seemed to work.

the staff are polite, professional and offer an international standard of service. Rooms are well, equipped, clean and spacious with comfortable king size beds and good sized bathroom. Breakfast buffet is well, stocked. You can take advantage of the helpful and proactive staff.

This hotel could improve on their English, speaking staffing levels.

The rooms were clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city center. the view from the window was also enjoyable. Plus, the hotel had a gym and a good wifi connection.

The chaos at breakfast and dinner made the experience unpleasant, with limited western food options and many smoking areas. There was little English spoken by staff, making communication difficult.
